Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are not able to attend a course you have registered for, please contact us, via email, a minimum of 48 hours before the start of class, to reschedule to a different time/date. If you fail to reach out, the money will be forfeited. Our email is: training@openhandsinc.net
Only one (1) reschedule is allowed per person, per registration.
No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to the class, this will be treated the same as a no-show, and you are not eligible for rescheduling.
If fewer than five (5) people are registered for a class, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule that session. In such cases, you will be moved to a future class at no additional cost, and it will not count toward your one allowed reschedule.
